Our Story
In the year 2010, Barry Goers finished his fourth year of college hockey and headed off to begin his professional hockey career. The young defenseman had hopes to capitalize on his collegiate success and build a career playing the game he loved. Barry ended up playing eight seasons of professional hockey. He played in some pivotal moments and helped his teams find success.
Unfortunately though, Barry was forced to retire early due to post-concussion syndrome. Like many former professional athletes, the years spent playing the game he loved had taken a toll on his body. Feeling mentally and physically broken, Barry left the game and searched for healing.
Ultimately, Barry just wanted to feel good again. In his journey to recover, Barry discovered hemp-based CBD oil. Curious about the effects of the oil and ready to get back to feeling normal, he tried using CBD oil.
Barry was left amazed by how well it helped with the multitude of post-concussion syndrome symptoms he faced. He soon realized it even helped with residual hip pain from a surgery he underwent several years prior. Not only did the oil reduce Barry’s post-concussion syndrome symptoms and hip pain, but it also helped ease lingering pain from a ligament tear in his elbow.
CBD oil made a major difference in Barry’s life, and it helped him begin to feel normal again. The years spent playing hockey had been difficult, but Barry found that he no longer had to be bothered by residual pain.
